Chad lifted his brows and cast a glance in Ariel’s direction. He said unhurriedly, “Everyone, you flatter me too much. To be honest, I’m not the developer of U.N2. I merely witnessed and participated in the process of its creation.”
Those around Chad looked shocked and bewildered after hearing his words. They tried to ask him more questions.
However, Chad waved his hand dismissively. “Sorry. I can’t say anything more.”
After he had managed to send those people away, Chad finally noticed Jayson’s group was there too. Naturally, these people had heard what he said earlier.
Matt was in a state of shock. “You’re not the developer of U.N2, Mr. Hockney? Who is this exceptional genius, then?”
Nancy was extremely surprised to hear that too.
They knew all along that the U.N2 developer was young. However, no one in the younger generation could be considered on the same par as Chad, who was massively talented.
Moreover, Chad was Carlos‘ son. Considering all that, they were certain that Chad was the U.N2 developer.
“Are you trying to pull our leg, Mr. Hockney?” After the initial shock, Nancy chuckled. “We’ve never heard of anyone from our country who’s as good as you, Mr. Hockney.”
Jayson stared pensively at Chad and made no comments.
Frederick knitted his brows. “You shouldn’t act overly humble, Mr. Hockney. U.N2 is considered a military product. I won’t buy what you’ve just said.”
Chad’s gaze fell on Nancy. He scanned her from top to bottom discreetly and said, “I’m being completely truthful.”
Matt gasped.
That changed everything they thought they knew. He could not help but feel curious about who this expert was if it was not Chad.
Nancy pursed her lips. “Would you mind introducing us to that person, Mr. Hockney?”
Chad smiled enigmatically. “Introducing you guys… I don’t think that’s necessary.”
She had been around them all this time. Yet, none of them had made the right guess so far.
On the other hand, Ariel had walked around the venue and gotten a rough idea of the standard of technology those from their country were currently working on. Then, she headed back to meet up with Chad.
She only noticed that Jayson and the others were standing next to Chad when she got close enough.

Ariel’s pace slowed down gradually. Her gaze fell on Nancy.
Jayson turned his eyes to her, whereas Nancy turned around. For a moment, it was as if time stopped.
Frederick, who was frowning, broke the silence eventually. “Ariel, how come you’re wearing the same dress as

Everyone was looking between Ariel and Nancy. They were wearing the same light purple mermaid dress!
Nancy furrowed her brows. She was visibly displeased. She never imagined she and Ariel would be wearing the same designer dress.
Only two of these dresses were sold in this country. Yet, the two of them ended up wearing the same dress while attending the same event! Nancy couldn’t help but find such coincidences suspicious.
Jayson was staring at Ariel as well. There was an unreadable look in his eyes.
Ariel’s lips were pressed into a thin line. She lifted her gaze and looked at Jayson. She noticed how he had frowned briefly. Ariel reckoned he was probably irked.
She found the situation equally uncomfortable for her. Ariel replied, “It’s a coincidence.”
“Isn’t it too much of a coincidence?” Matt’s brows arched. “You happen to be wearing the same dress as Nancy. You’re clearly trying to pick a fight with her by doing this.”
The smile on Nancy’s face faltered when she heard that. She pondered, “Not only did Ariel copy me by claiming she has an interest in drone technology, but she’s also copying my style now? To do such things during such an important event, does she not have any manners?” She pondered.
Chad could no longer stand listening to these people. He stepped forward.
“How would Ariel know that Ms. Stanton would be wearing the exact same dress today? It’s only natural for people to like and appreciate beautiful clothes. Besides, the two of them have their own unique styles even though they’re wearing the same dress now. Don’t you agree?”
Matt and Frederick started glancing between Ariel and Nancy again. Eventually, both of them directed their gazes
to Ariel.
Ariel had an excellent figure, with features like her slim waist, slender neck, and straight shoulders. She was slightly taller than Nancy by a few inches. Her height gave her an edge.
On the other hand, Nancy had a voluptuous body. Anyone would find her stunning at first glance. The two of them gave off extremely different vibes even though they were wearing the same dress.
However, Matt and Frederick never expected Ariel to look quite alluring in that dress.
Ariel looked at Jayson warily.
She tried to calm herself down. Although it was an accident, it still seemed rather unsophisticated for them to wear the same dress to such a major event.
Naturally, they needed a solution.

“You should change into something else.” Jayson had an impassive look in his eyes. His tone was calm yet assertive.
