Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Ethan reappear in the hall, so she quickly sobbed, “Alice, I came to persuade you. It is alright that you don’t take my advice, but why did you take my clothes off to humiliate me?”

Ethan went over, draped his jacket over Chloe, and stared at Alice.“Alice, you went too far. Chloe didn’t do anything bad to you, did she?” Alice took the glass of water from the table and splashed it towards Chloe and Ethan.
Chloe swiftly hid behind Ethan, so only Ethan got wet in the end.
“Alice, are you out of your mind?”
Alice coldly looked at Chloe and Ethan.“Sober up now?”
John carried the water fountain over and placed it beside Alice.“Satisfied? There is water.”
Alice could get as much water as she wanted.
Because John was protective of Alice, Chloe was unhappy.“Mr. Wilson, I know that you try to protect Alice, but…”
“What? The Welch brothers owe Alice too much. How dare you, an angelic bitch, play innocent here! You are just a driver’s daughter. Don’t you know who should take credit for your current good life?”
Dumbfounded, Chloe soon lowered her head and played innocent.
Ethan looked at John and said, “Mr. Wilson, those are our family matters. Don’t you think that you are meddlesome?”

Chloe started her instigation by saying, “As always, Alice has a lot of friends, and even Mr. Yates is close with her.”
John’s expression instantly changed because Chloe was implying that Alice was wanton.
John took out his phone and said to Chloe, “May I friend you on WhatsApp?”
Flattered, Chloe quickly took out her phone.

John then put away his phone and said, “Do you really think that I want to friend you on WhatsApp? Come on! You seem wanton since you don’t say no to a strange man who wants to friend you on social apps.”
