The young staff member blinked, confused. “Huh?”

The staff member was left speechless for a moment, then pushed Seraphina toward the changing room. “Stop talking nonsense and hurry up. You’re the prettiest girl in this shop. Don’t let anyone else steal the spotlight!”
Once Seraphina was pushed into the dressing room, she noticed how all the other staff members were busy putting on makeup in front of the mirror, preparing as if they were about to meet VIP clients worth millions of dollars.
When Seraphina had only changed into her work clothes, one of the staff commented, “Sera, if you back out, we’ll be losing a major competitor!”
“Don’t worry. I’m not getting involved, Seraphina replied with a calm smile.
One of the staff members sighed in relief, “Good. Then we’re in the clear.”
Seraphina said, “You guys go ahead and finish
makeup. I’ll go greet the customers outside.”
With that, Seraphina headed back into the main hall. At that moment, Janice was organizing the delivery orders when she spotted Seraphina coming out gracefully without a hint of extra makeup. Janice gave a soft smile. “What’s the matter? Not interested in impressing the boss?”

Seraphina was about to take it when she noticed a figure standing at the entrance. She looked up just as the glass doors were pushed open. A customer walked in, dressed in a black trench coat, tall and strikingly handsome, immediately drawing attention. It was the man from the other day.
Since all the other staff were still in the changing room, only Seraphina and Janice were in the shop, as there were still a few minutes left before the official opening.
Seeing the man, Janice smiled slightly and motioned for Seraphina to greet him. Seraphina set the orders down and approached him. “You’re here early, sir.
