The phone kept buzzing. Eventually, in order to keep Yvonne at ease in the car, Christopher put on an earphone and answered the call

Taking off his earphone, Christopher continued driving. He noticed Yvonne’s odd expression and asked, “What’s wrong?”
“She sounded really upset, crying a lot. I could hear it,” Yvonne said, feeling a sense of pity without knowing the reason behind the tears.
“It was the one who harmed Grandpa asking for forgiveness, Christopher explained softly.
“I see.” Spotting Honey Park up ahead, Yvonne requested, “Drop me off here.”
“It’s dark. I’ll drive you to the garage, Christopher insisted.
“No need.” Yvonne didn’t want anyone to see her car and its flashy license plate, thinking it’d draw too much attention. Th for a more discreet vehicle next time, she thought.
