Chapter 1: They All Love Fated Mates.
“That woman–is so annoying! I told you I don’t want her coming to the kindergarten. What is she doing here? Dad, get rid of her! I want Aunt Courteney to attend my parent–teacher meeting.”
Aaron hid behind my husband, Elliott Kauffman.
“She doesn’t even know how to dress, always looking like a nanny. Every time she comes, I feel so embarrassed. Aunt Courteney is so beautiful, and she’s the most famous female warrior in the pack. Why can’t she be my mom?”
Standing at a distance, I overheard my son’s words, and my face turned pale.
