Ashley didn’t care, “Really? Why would he?”
Tim didn’t know. He hesitated, “Maybe he saw us being close and thought we were getting tool close, so he’s keeping an eye on me for Chase?”

Ashley drove to the Sterling family mansion; it was dark. Only the matriarch was home besides. the staff. Seeing only Ashley, the matriarch paused, “Where’s Sam?”
Chase often didn’t come with her, so she wouldn’t ask. But Sam usually came with her. After her ankle healed, Sam hadn’t contacted her. She didn’t care where Chase and Sam were. She smiled, “They’ll be here soon.” They might not even come.
The matriarch thought she knew their plans. Ashley chatted with the matriarch until almost 7:30
