Love Story6 Chapter 1
Love Story6–Chapter 1
Our daughter had just learned how to swim, and yet my husband’s “white moonlight” sneered at her, saying that she couldn’t even swim faster than a dog.
To make his white moonlight happy, he actually forced our daughter to race against a dog.
When our daughter choked on water and died at home, he was busy cutting heart–shaped watermelons for his white moonlight…
I cried, holding our daughter’s cold body, and questioned him: Why?!
But he dismissed me, saying, “She couldn’t even out–swim a dog, what a waste!”
“I’ve always been good at swimming, but she didn’t inherit any of that from me. Be honest, is she even my child?”
Faced with his ruthless questioning, my heart sank as I replied, “You don’t deserve to be
Heidi’s father.”
The day he received the paternity test results, he knelt in front of me, begging for
forgiveness.
I kicked him over and handed him divorce papers.
Russell Black never expected his doubts to be confirmed by me.
Angry, he spat out, “You bitch! How dare you cheat on me!”
People with dirty hearts see everything as dirty.
Right in front of me, he turned and passionately kissed Eleanor Mitchell.
He didn’t even glance at the daughter I held in my arms,
Even if you were raising a dog, after five years, you’d have some feelings.
Yet, when faced with his daughter’s death, he didn’t feel a shred of guilt or sorrow.

I held our daughter’s corpse, coldly watching the two of them kiss until they were out of
breath.
My heart, already full of holes, was torn to shreds, but I didn’t feel any pain.
When Russell picked Eleanor up, ready to take her to the bedroom, I said coldly, “Russell, our daughter’s body is barely cold, and you’re still in the mood for this?”
He stopped in his tracks.
“Your illegitimate child dies, and you blame me?!”
“You should ask yourself, why didn’t you take this bastard with you when you went out
cheating?”
Eleanor chuckled and added, “Do we even need to ask? Obviously, she thought taking the
child would interfere with her fun with her lover.”
“Poor Russell, you’ve been raising someone else’s child for five years.”
“I wonder if every time you took care of the kid, she was in bed with someone else…”
Even after our daughter died, they dared to humiliate her like this. My voice was hoarse as I
screamed at Russell:
“Heidi isn’t illegitimate! She’s your daughter! You’re the one who doesn’t deserve to be her
father!”
But Russell, already enraged by Eleanor’s words, eyes red with anger, growled, “Tessa Wood, you were heartless first, don’t blame me for being cruel!”
He set Eleanor down and strode over to me, crouching down.
I immediately clutched our daughter tightly, warning him, “Get away! You don’t deserve to
touch her!”
Russell sneered, pulling out a strand of our daughter’s hair, mocking me, “I wouldn’t even
touch this bastard.”
He shook the hair in his hand and said viciously, “When the paternity test results come out,

we’ll get divorced! You can look forward to leaving this marriage with nothing!”
After sealing the hair in a plastic bag, he, who usually wasn’t too particular about cleanliness, started obsessively spraying disinfectant on his hands.
As if touching his daughter’s hair was truly filthy.
“Russell, let’s go,” Eleanor said. “It’s bad luck to be in a house with a dead person.”
Leave?
They killed my daughter, and they thought they could just leave?
At that moment, the doorbell rang.
Russell glared at me, cursing, “You whore, did you call your lover over?”
“Good! Let’s see which bastard made you betray me for five whole years!”
“I swear I’ll beat him so bad, he’ll beg for mercy!”
There was a flash of betrayal in his angry eyes.
I wiped away my tears, laughing bitterly–maybe I was just imagining things…
Russell clenched his fists and threw open the gate, landing a punch on the person without
even looking.
But instead of hitting his intended target, a police officer quickly countered, pinning him down, “Stop! Who gave you the nerve to attack an officer?!”
It was only then that Russell realized several police officers were at the door.
He immediately turned pale, stuttering, “Sorry! I thought it was that bitch’s lover…”
“Nonsense!”
“Officers, it’s all just a misunderstanding, I’m really sorry…”
Eleanor, pale as well, rushed to apologize for him.

“Who called the police?”
The officer wasn’t interested in their excuses.
Russell and Eleanor exchanged a glance, then both turned their eyes toward me.
The officer followed their gaze a
