thing, Grant’s parents shook their heads
in disappointment.
“Grant, you’re a smart kid. Why
would you do that?”
He didn’t answer but cried silently.

that Rosie would never leave him.
His mother felt sorry for him and started complaining.“You may have done something wrong, but you’re suffering all this because of her! She’s to blame!”

Wanda’s pale face reminded Grant’s
parents how Grant just pushed her. They
took her to the doctor, leaving Grant
