Xem sped up, tuming left toward a dock in Link City.
The two vehicles carrying the remaining protectors of Shadow Moon Pavilion followed them to the dock. Upon arriving, they saw the vehicles used by Sebastian and the others, but when they opened the doors, they found the cars empty.
“They must be hiding nearby. Split up and searcht if we find them, kill on sight”
The three protectors made a quick plan and dashed toward the nearby container area to search for Sebastian and the others.
Sebastian had already hidden Caitlin and was now working with Xero to draw the Shadow Moon Pavilion men away.
One of the protectors spotted a figure moving in the shadows and Immediately pursued it. Soon, gunshots rang out at the dock.
The protector caught up with Sebastian, firing at him, but Sebastian had just rounded a comer, and the bullet missed.
The protector kept chasing, only to be caught off guard by Sebastian, who was hiding. From his vantage point above, Sebastian kicked the weapon out of the protector’s hand, and a fight ensued.
Meanwhile, Xero was playing a game of cat–and–mouse with another protector. He purposely revealed himself, drawing the protector to
chase after him.
The two exchanged blows between the containers, with Xero finally managing to sneak behind the protector and kick him
ground.
The protector quickly stood up, raising his gun toward Xero, but Xero swiftly dodged and retreated.
Lisewhere, Zinnia, the third protector, was still searching for Caitlin in a nearby area. She checked every gap between the containers. Caitlin, hiding nearby, heard Zinnia’s footsteps drawing closer.
Quietly, Caitlin raised her weapon, ready to strike.
When Zinnia came within three meters of Caitlin, she received a call from Zorro. He asked about the progress of the operation.
Zinnia, having already noticed Caitlin’s shoe tip, realized the person hiding nearby might be Caitlin. But, after a moment, she turned and replied to Zorro, “Leader, we haven’t found Trinity. Our people are still searching the dock.”
“Make sure to end this quickly!” Zorro ordered.
Zinnia walked away from Caitlin’s hiding place, allowing Caitlin to lower her weapon. She knew that Zinnia couldn’t bring herself to hurt her
and had spared her once again.
Caitlin silently appreciated her for this.
Sebastian had been battling one of the protectors for a while. The protector’s steel bar was pressed against Sebastian’s throat, and he was
struggling to breathe.
Sebastian’s face turned red as he desperately gripped the steel bar to keep it from crushing his windpipe.
Then, with all his strength, he pushed the protector away.

Chapter 333
The protector raised the steel bar to strike, but Sebastian quickly dodged, disarming him. With a swilt move, Sebastian struck the protector’s chest with the sharp steel bar
“Ugh…”
The protector’s eyes widened in shock. He had no idea how Sebastian managed to turn the tide so quickly.
The speed of the counterattack had been too fast.
Sebastian quickly deleated this protector and rushed to find Caltun.
Meanwhile, Xero had been dueling another protector. The two were evenly matched, neither able to get the upper hand easily.
Xero had a cut on his face, and blood trickled from the corner of his mouth. He climbed to his feet, wiped the blood from his lips, and glared fiercely at his opponent
“Ugh-
He charged toward the protector, but the man had a dagger in hand. The cold, gleaming steel flashed toward Xero, aiming to strike.
Xero used the container walls for cover, leaping to avoid the attack. He didn’t hesitate to kick the opponent from behind
The protector fell, quickly rising to aim his gun at Xero.
“Bang!”
Xero managed to dodge just in time. The protector kept pursuing
Zinnia, still searching for Caitlin, moved between the containers, examining every crack and crevice. Caitlin was hiding nearby and could hear the footsteps drawing nearer.
As Zinnia approached Caitlin’s position, she spoke into her communicator, confirming the situation. Caitlin knew that Zinnia, unwilling to harm her, had spared her once more.
Sebastian eventually found Caitlin’s hiding spot. She looked at him, asking, “Did you take care of them?”

“I’ve taken one down! Xero’s handling the other. If I’m right, there’s one more female protector. I’m going after her now
“Don’t bother with her. Let her go
Caitlin grabbed Sebastian’s arm and explained, “Zinnia has spared me twice. She couldn’t bring herself to kill me. I can’t repay kindness with harm.”
Sebastian nodded in understanding. “Alright, let’s find Xero.”
The three of them met up in the shadows. Xero had also dealt with his opponent.
“I’ve taken care of that one.”
“Great, let’s get out of here quickly!”
They rushed to find their vehicle, but Zinnia had only found two dead protectors. Hearing the sound of a car starting, she ran out but only saw the taillights disappearing in the distance.
She hoped Trinity would manage to leave 5 Country and never return.

Zinnia did not pursue them. She needed to report back to Zorro.
Shadow Moon Pavilion’s eight elite protectors had been gravely injured, and only two or three might survive.
After the dangerous chase and battle, the three of them managed to temporarily escape.
For their safety, Xero suggested, “Let’s lay low at my place for now. Tomorrow, I’ll escort you both back to our country.”

The safest option for them was The O’Malley Family, so they were taken there by Xero.
Xero brought them to his family’s estate, where his parents, understanding of the situation, welcomed them without asking too many questions. They ordered the staff to take good care of Sebastian and Caitlin,
Sebastian and Caitlin settled in, but their troubles were far from over.
Soon, the police arrived, accompanied by Zorro’s men.
The officers showed their identification. “We are from Link City Police. There was an assassination attempt at Graystone Castle today, and the Count’s son is severely injured. We have received information that the attackers may be hiding at The O’Malley Fam

Zorro’s men barged into The O’Malley Family, conducting a thorough search.
