Yvonne had assumed her stash of goods would sustain her for at least half a year. This would allow her to delve into medicinal research and her side gigs without the need to conjure up new sketches. Unexpectedly, her parents purchased her entire collection. Some were even relics of her early days, looking somewhat weird,
“Ms. Yvonne Owens, your name sounds awfully close to our brand’s founder. Do you know her?” Daniel asked.
“No” Yvonne denied it outright.
Daniel understood that the others present still didn’t know her true identity. “You’re truly blessed to have such doting parents. Please look at these groundbreaking creations by Yvaine with painstaking efforts (Doodles created randomly). They are perfectly suited for your noble status!”
“Yvonne, check out this laid–back ensemble. It will rock on you. Yosef noticed a set of clothes on display.
“Yaine’s craft is truly top–notch. Check this skirt out. Cherry held the skirt up against Yvonne, gesturing. “I can already picture how stunning you’d look in this!”
Yvonne, aren’t white kicks a girl’s best friend? How about this pair? Yosef presented a set of white sneakers to Yvonne as if unveiling a treasure.
Yvonne, how’s this shoulder bag striking you?” Cherry picked a bag, remarking. “It seems custom–tailored for you. It would look great on your shoulder!”

Samantha’s face had turned deathly pale, her expression beyond shocked and panic welled up within her. ‘What’s going on? Why are Dad and Mom treating this girl like their own and even gifting her with so much limited edition QY? What happened during my month at the school?

Yvonne hadn’t expected to earn so much from her birth parents on her first day back home. “Quite pricey,” she said with a pang of guilt.
Daniel explained hurriedly. “Not expensive at all! QY goes for quality, not quantity, and each piece is a hit! Put ‘em on, and you’ll be the belle of the ball!”
“Still costly.” Yvonne added a touch of pressure to her tone.
Spotting her implied signals and matching them with her words, Daniel had an epiphany, “Well, it’s on the expensive side. How about this, for Mr. Lynch’s big order today, we offer a 10 perrent discount?”
10% Yvonne asked back.
“20 percent?” Daniel hesitated. Noting Yvonne’s dissatisfaction, he swiftly adjusted. “Or, how about a 30 percent slash? That’s my rock bottom!” Pushing it any further would tank the brand’s value.
The crowd around couldn’t believe it. ‘Negotiating in the presence of a top–tier brand? And to score such a massive discount?
Yosef and Cherry never expected Yvonne to be a savvy negotiator–she was incredibly thoughtful!
’90 million, no change!” Daniel concluded. “I’ll slip the difference back into Mr. Lynch’s account shortly.”
Thinking Yvonne was getting anxious about overspending. Yosef quickly comforted her. “No need for any refunds, sweetheart. We’ve got the moolah to handle it. No guilt necessary”
“No.” Yvonne denied firmly. “Even with cash, gotta be clever with the spending, right? Or return half of these clothes?” Then she could sell them off and made a buck off someone else.
“No can do,” Yosef chimed in hurriedly. “How ‘bout you put the money back into my girl’s account, Daniel? She haggled hard, and she deserves it. Yvonne, share those digits. Think of it as pocket change from Dad and Mom,”
