Ada couldn’t help but speak up, “Yvonne! You, you…”
Yvonne heard the sound, glanced back at her with a look of indifference, then obediently followed William inside after just a second.
The others didn’t know about Yvonne and Ada’s relationship. However, seeing that the White family people knew Yvonne, they were all impressed.
While the White family felt a sense of superiority, they couldn’t help but wonder how Yvonne managed to get in…
They couldn’t work out how Yvonne knew someone as important as Mr. Matthew Sanchez.
“Mr. Sanchez,” Yvonne greeted politely the moment she entered the ward.
Matthew exclaimed, “Yvonne, you finally came! I’ve been waiting for you for a long–time. You’re finally here!”
As Matthew invited her to sit down, he couldn’t help but ask, “Why did you come alone? Where’s Christopher?”
Yvonne answered lightly, “He had to go back to the company for some urgent matters.”
“That darn kid!‘ Matthew thought angrily. No doubt, Christopher must be tired of Yvonne! He left her alone after just a few days… Where could he find a girl as beautiful and skilled in medicine as Yvonne? Matthew had thought their engagement was almost certain… but now, it seemed unsure!
Matthew was fuming. He raged, “William, call Christopher! That brat only cares about work!” Matthew decided that he must have a talk with Christopher. With such a striking girl in front of him, how could he still think about work?
Christopher really wasn’t in the mood to work, but if he didn’t finish up, he wouldn’t be able to have dinner with his girl tonight. To spend more time with her, he had to skip picking up his Grandpa from the hospital… However, Matthew didn’t know that, so he assumed Christopher didn’t like Yvonne and was deliberately ignoring her…
“It’s fine. Let him work,” Yvonne smiled, Without the clingy guy around, Yvonne felt much more relaxed and comfortable. But to Matthew, it sounded like she was just making excuses for Christopher, so considerate! Matthew sighed, “Christopher has been through a lot since he was little, which made him cold and quiet. I’ll tell you about his past sometime.”
Yvonne wasn’t interested in Christopher’s past, but she obediently nodded like a considerate girlfriend.
Outside the ward, Muriel noticed that ever since Yvonne went in, Yanis’s gaze kept lingering on that room door.
Muriel admitted that Yvonne looked really pretty today. Even though she wore a simple outfit and her hair was casually tied up in a bun, her striking features and the cool aura she exuded were truly eye–catching.
Seeing everyone thinking about Yvonne, she couldn’t help but bite her lower lip and whispered, “Yvonne had such a messy personal life…”
“What did you say?” Ada thought she knew some insider info and hurriedly asked.
Not just Ada, but Zachary and the Khan family were all drawn by her words, and they all looked at her!
Muriel’s confidence seems to have returned. She went on in a weak voice, “Earlier, Yanis and I saw Yvonne helping an old man into a hotel. That man was so old he could barely walk…
“After taking care of the old man at the hotel, sis got into a fancy car to meet another guy…
“Now that Yvonne got into that ward, who knows if it’s because she had some illicit relationship with Mr. Matthew Sanchez

Hearing Yanis say that, Muriel was stunned. She blurted out, “Yanis, are you standing up for Yvonne? If her family was really that rich, why would they let her go serve an old man in a hotel? You saw it that day too. She was so close with that old man, like lovers…”
Muriel’s words disturbed Yanis. Recalling that Yvonne’s fair hands held that old man, he felt a sudden surge of displeasure.
Muriel seized the opportunity to stir things up even further. She continued, “If Yvonne’s biological family was really that wealthy that they could take out over 300 million dollars in cash, then her parents would at least be ranked among the richest people in the state…
“But clearly, that’s not gonna be. The Ewoland green limousine we saw that day might as well belong to some old man… And that servant could be lying too…”
Ada pondered silently, ‘That’s strange. If her biological family is that wealthy, why would she be staying at the hospital waiting for the old Mrs. White to wake up… She’s been there several times! She must be waiting for the old lady to open her eyes and speak up for her, so she can stay at the White residence…
In that case, Yvonne’s parents were definitely not wealthy…
At this moment, several bodyguards received instructions and began to tell the people outside to leave.

Ada pulled Muriel back, not wanting her to embarrass herself further.
But Mrs. Khan looked displeased at Muriel’s disgrace and felt a pang of revulsion.
Many people had left, but a lot of them still stayed nearby, waiting for Mr. Matthew Sanchez to come out.
Before long, the ward door opened. Yvonne helped Matthew out. Everyone was stunned! Matthew seemed energetic, and he was chatting happily with Yvonne, who nodded obediently. They looked very harmonious and warm, just like a family!

Ignoring the voices behind him, Matthew walked to the elevator joking and chatting with the girl next to him.
William followed behind them, carrying the luggage like a loyal servant.
“See, Yvonne and Mr. Matthew Sanchez are really close…” snorted Muriel.
