Chapter 4
**Whore Sanhia??
“She“) pregnant–1 am so happy!”
My mother’s excited, delighted voice reached my ears through the coffin
1 let it a bitter laugh and banged against the coffin wall.
What the hell?–
“Why is there a coffin in the house? What bad luck!”
My mother’s voice was filled with disgust.
I spoke in a hoarse voice.
“Mom, help me, my belly hurts so bad I’m pregnant…”
Before I could finish, Mom cut me off viciously.
“Giselle, pregnant with what?!”
“You hear your sister’s pregnant and suddenly you’re pregnant too? Why do you always have to copy everything she has?!”
“That drugged drink was meant for your sister back then–but you had to be sneaky and drink it instead! Cherwise, how could it have been you who married Lucas?!”
“Ugh! You whore!”
Mom’s words stabbed into my heart like needles, and I stopped talking.
I listened to her cursing me over and over.
I was used to it by now–even though I was her biological daughter, she always favored Sophia.
But now, when I was dying, she still couldn’t care less about me.
My heart trembling, I revealed the secret I’d kept buried for years.

“Mom, I was the one who went through everything with him back then, and I got claustrophobia because of it…”
“Did you really think I’d forgotten everything?”
As soon as I finished speaking, someone kicked the coffin hard.
The kick landed right by my ear.
*Ring.*
I temporarily lost hearing in that ear.
When I could hear again, it was my Mom yelling coldly.
“Martha, get out! Nobody lets her out!”
“Let her learn her lesson for daring to get smart with me!”
“Keep her locked up tight–let her remember that Sophia was the one who got claustrophobia back then, and it could never be her!”
My mom slammed the door with a lond *bang*.
The sound of the lock clicking followed right after.
was completely numb from the pair, my heart constricting WhitingPAY.
blood continued trickling from below as farruggle to keep breathing
A few seconds later, I couldn’t hold back anymore my claustrophobia kicked in full force,
I screamed at the top of my lungs, drenched in cold sweat, enduring wave after wave of panie
I don’t know how much time passed, but the blood from my belly seemed to have drained completely, and my lady went totally nutul,
Using the blood as lubrication, I painfully shifted my body until I finally got my hands on my phone.
I opened it with trembling fingers and dialed 911, but then I couldn’t hold on any longer and passed out completely.
At that time, voices started noisy outside the coffin.
“Sir, do you really want us to move the coffin outside?”
“It’s pouring rain out there…”
Mrs. Martha spoke quietly, while Lucas’s irritated voice came through the phone.
“Sophia caught a cold and has a fever. I consulted a medium, and they believe there’s some negative energy in the house affecting her.”
“Get someone to take the coffin out right now, don’t leave it in the house!”
With that, Lucas hung up without hesitation.
The coffin was lifted and loaded onto a vehicle, then driven away from the mansion.
It was until the car stopped, after a bumpy ride, that I finally woke up.
But I smelled something burning.
“This coffin’s sealed shut–just cremate it as is!”

hang, bang bang”
Over and over again.
I screamed and yelled.
Until I was completely drained of energy, lying barely alive in that coffin.
Suddenly 1 heard rescue voices.
“Stop the machine!”
“Someone still alive!”
I was pulled from the coffin and rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Before I lost consciousness, I could hear the firefighters asking me over and over how I’d ended up locked in a coffin.
I closed my eyes, my throat feeling like it weighed a thousand pounds–I couldn’t say a word.
One day later.
I came out of the ICU with thick bandages wrapped around my fingers.
With trembling hands, I picked up my phone and contacted the crematorium staff.
I asked them to make a phone call for me.
Meanwhile, Lucas, his three sons, and Sophia were driving back from their trip.
In the car, Lucas’s phone suddenly rang.
“Hello Mr. Stone, this is the crematorium calling.”
“We have an order from you that needs to be claimed.”
Lucas frowned, panic rising in his chest.
“What cremation?”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about!”
But the staff member spoke seriously again.
“The sealed coffin that was delivered from your mansion–we cremated it along with the coffin since it was nailed shut.”
Lucas’s phone slipped from his hand.
His heart pounded as his whole body went rigid.
The three boys in the back seat looked at Lucas in confusion.
“Dad, what happened?”
“What cremation?”
Lucas didn’t answer, shouting at the driver instead.

He couldn’t stop his hands from shakitu.
All three bays were startled,
Ethan, the eldest, tried to stay calm, but tears were streaming down his face.
Did they cremate Giselle?”
Liam trembled violently, sobbing so hard he could barely speak coherently.
Little Oliver burst into tears and wet himself right there.
Sophia Blake turned away in disgust, her face tense but secretly relieved inside.
Giselle Moreau was dead.
Now that secret from years ago could never be exposed.
The car raced all the way to the crematorium, and when they arrived, Lucas stumbled out on shaky legs.
A staff member handed him an urn.
“Mr. Stone, these are the cremated remains.”
Lucas’s hands trembled as he took the urn, his voice choked with emotion.
“This really came from the coffin delivered from my.

house?”
Finally realizing what had happened, his knees buckled and he nearly collapsed to the ground.
Sophia Blake wrapped her arms tightly around him.
“Lucas, are you okay?”
“Let’s get out of here–this place smells awful, I can’t stand it.”
She waved her hand in front of her nose in disgust.
Lucas snapped back to reality, suppressing his emotions as he clutched the urn and got back in the car.
The car quickly returned to the mansion.
Lucas and his three sons didn’t say a word the entire ride.
Not until they walked back into the room where the coffin had been.
They opened the door to find a pool of bright red blood.
“Dad, what is this?”
“Why is there blood?”
“Was Martha telling the truth? Was Giselle really hurt?”
Ethan’s hands shook as he stammered.
Lucas said nothing, but his body trembled.
Just then, Liam suddenly crouched down, hugging his knees and sobbing.

But then his phone rang again.
Is this Mr. Lucas Stone?”
“This is the maternity ward at City Hospital. When is your wife planning to come in for her prenatal checkup?”
