Zach could not believe how petty Ariel was and how Chad was just letting her do all these things.
“I’ll see you around, Mr. Quinton.” Nancy decided to give up meeting Faye Technologies‘ representative that day. She gave Zach a nod and walked away elegantly.
Her pride wouldn’t allow her to yield to Ariel’s devious plan to humiliate her.
Zach stared at Nancy’s receding figure for a while. Then, he looked up at Faye Technologies‘ building. He was not even invited to the higher floors today.
Zach wanted to just leave and keep Faye Technologies out of his sight for good. However, he couldn’t possibly do that. If Zach failed to secure the patent license, It would be equivalent to him choosing to withdraw from the market instead.
Zach had a grim look on his face at the thought of that.
Nancy did not stay at Faye Technologies‘ building for too long. She knew very well that Chad must have refused to meet her because Ariel had made him do that. It would be pointless for her to waste her time waiting there,
However, Veyo Solutions might fall behind its competitors and risk being eliminated for good if Nancy failed to obtain the rights to use Faye Technologies‘ new flight control system.

Ariel shook her head and chuckled softly.
Truthfully, she was not deliberately trying to shun Zach or Nancy.
However, Faye Technologies had received many visitors so far. While they had absolute say about who they could give the patent license to, Ariel had no intention of keeping the technology all to themselves or just to a few people.
Technological advancement could help empower their country’s defense sector. It would bring about numerous benefits if they could use or apply the new flight control system that Ariel made for various purposes.
