Chapter 351
When Ronin came back, the lab staff handed him two reports of the paternity test results.
Ronin quickly took them, and his bright eyes were filled with excitement.
He quickly went through the first one, and the number on the last page was 0.99999.
He picked up the other one and went through it as well.
As he flipped the paper, his heart pounded uncontrollably and wildly as if it would leap out of his throat.
The number was 99.999.
Ronin’s hands holding the report started trembling involuntarily

Excitedly, he looked up and couldn’t resist hugging Ryan, who stood in front of him.
Ryan almost spilled the coffee he was holding.
After the excitement faded, Ronin reviewed the documents again, but as he looked at the name, his smile froze
He thought, ‘No way…‘
Ronin furrowed his brows, and his expression changed at once.
He glanced again at the report with the number 0.999.
The name on it was Ophelia.
Ronin thought, ‘She’s not my sister?‘
“Is there a mistake?” Ronin raised his voice.
The person who had been so joyful a moment ago suddenly furrowed his brows tightly, looking somewhat intimidating.
Ryan, the one responsible for the tests, nervously swallowed and kept going over his professional knowledge in his mind.
Ryan said, “How could it be? There wouldn’t be any mistake. It’s just a simple test. If you don’t believe me, we have samples and can test it again.”
“Do it again, then,” Ronin said without hesitation.
Just as he finished speaking, the phone in his lab coat pocket rang. It was Noah calling.
Noah’s voice was serious, “Have the results come out yet?”
“Not yet. I’ll send them to you as soon as they’re ready,” Ronin replied. He held the reports and frowned even tighter.
After running the tests twice more, by evening, the other two test results came back identical to the first ones.
Only then did Ronin slowly come to terms with the reality.
It was supposed to be something to be happy about, yet he couldn’t cheer up. He felt so complicated and uneasy.
In the end, he sent the two test reports to Noah.

“Dr. West,” Ophelia greeted him She had been watching Ronin pace back and forth from upstairs. Remembering the strange behaviors Melanie mentioned, she decided to come down and take a look.”
Upon hearing Ophelia’s voice, Ronin let out a sigh and forced out a slight smile.
He said, “Did you sleep well last night?”
“Pretty good. Thanks for the sleeping pills.” Ophelia raised an eyebrow and said, “Did you come to see me for something last night? Melanie said you were looking for me.”
Ronin scratched his head and chuckled awkwardly. “Nothing. I was just checking if you were asleep.”
“Are you sure?” Ophelia didn’t miss the expression on his face.
She felt Ronin was hiding something, so she stared at his eyes and thought for a moment.
Then she thought, ‘Forget it. If he doesn’t wanna say, I can’t push him.‘
She said, “Then I’ll head upstairs first.”
Ronin nodded. He felt so uneasy as he watched Ophelia walk away.
He really hoped that she was his sister.

Two months had passed, but Kenneth still showed no signs of waking up. His health indicators were almost normal, yet he remained unconscious.
If this condition lasted longer than three months, the chances of waking would be low.
Ophelia had been prepared for this outcome.
Currently, Kenneth still had some fluid in his brain that couldn’t be fully cleared, making additional treatment unsuitable. They could only cautiously wait for the fluid to dissipate and see if Kenneth would wake up.
Ophelia shaved him and then kissed him on his cheek.
Her fingers softly traced the contours of his handsome face, outlining every detail.
His chin was a bit angular.
She felt distressed for him, but she couldn’t do anything,
Ophelia said, “Kennie, I miss you so much! You’ve been asleep for so long. When are you gonna wake up? Hmm?”
She gently lifted his chin and placed a kiss on the corner of his lips.
She said a lot of words, but there was no reply at all. Kenneth’s long eyelashes rested softly on his cheeks as he breathed smoothly.
