Chapter 46
Afier Lig’s strong protests, they finally go up, though Coby bad lingered for a while,
The location of the Flower Festival was quite far from the hotel, so they needed to take the hotel’s sightseeing bus.
When they gathered, Owen noticed a red mark near his boss’s Adam’s apple and, concerned, asked, “Mr. Ford, are you getting sick? I have some cold medicine with me?
Normally, if one had a sore throat or was catching, a cold, they would pinch their throat a few times. But with the boss, it seemed much more serious, though he looked perfectly fine and healthy,
A lowered her head silently, feeling embarrassed and wanting to disappear
“No, Cobry answered calmly,
“Then why is your throat so red?” asked Owen,
Coby gave a cold glance at his overly inquisitive subordinate, who quickly fell silent.
Owen regretted caring, so much about his boss.
“You two sit in the car behind,” said Cobry,
“Yes, yes, Owen quickly replied.
“Owen, see you later, Lia said calmly, but there was a faint blush on her face.
“Alright, Ms. Phillips. Though he said this, Owen was already planning to distance himself later, sending everyone away so they didn’t get in the way of the couple. He knew that’s what his boss wanted.
Lia and Coby sat together in a sightseeing car. Coby was not shy at all. “Lia”
“Mn Ford, stop, People are watching Lia firmly pushed his body away.
She looked at him and whispered, “Don’t do that next time”
Earlier that morning, the man had told her to leave a mark there, or he wouldn’t get out of bed. To avoid being late, Lia obediently did so, but unfortunately, it was too obvious.
Coby knew exactly what she meant and humbly accepted. “Next time, I’ll leave it somewhere else.”
Lia secretly chuckled, pinching his slim waist while scolding. “Stop it”
“Okay, I’ll listen to you, Coby said, secretly holding her small hand tightly.
She tried to pull her hand back, but the man held it firmly. “Don’t worry, they can’t see.”
This underground relationship was such a torture for him.
At the flower festival event, there were many people. When they arrived, Owen and the others were nowhere to be found.
“Mr. Ford, please wait, I’ll call Owen,” said Lia.
Coly stopped her. “No need to call, they’ve already gone in”
“So fast?” Lia was surprised.

“Maybe they had something to do. It doesn’t matter, we’re fine watching too.” Coby thought to himself that he’d give Owen a raise when they got back.
“Alright.” Lia nodded.
Though there were many people, Coby was definitely the most striking. His height and looks drew attention, and many young girls couldn’t help but steal glances at him.
Lia remembered similar scenes from high school..
“Lia, what are you looking at?” He wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer.
Because you’re a sight to behold,” Lia said, in awe.
“The sight is right beside me.” He pinched the soft flesh at her waist.
He really knew how to talk, a master of flirting.
The organizers were still handing out flowers at the entrance, with each person allowed one flower. There were roses, sunflowers, and bellflowers.
Lia picked a bellflower.
The staff looked at the man beside her. “Sir, do you want one?”
Coby looked at Lia and politely said, “One sunflower, please. Thank you.”
The girl shyly handed over the sunflower. “I hope she says yes.”
That’s when Lia noticed the large poster next to the sunflowers.
Sunflower means secret crush.
Many people had picked the sunflower, but Coby’s choice was especially highlighted by the staff, drawing attention from everyone around.
Coby took the sunflower and held it in front of Lia. “Miss, would you accept this?”
“Wow!”
What started as a simple flower pickup turned into a scene, with everyone around cheering.
Sunflowers also convey the message “one and only“.
In front of everyone, Lia blushed as she took the sunflower from his hand.
“Wow!” The crowd cheered.
Lia shyly hooked her arm through the man’s. “Coby, let’s go inside now.” They made their way through the crowd and finally entered the flower hall. “Coby, thank you for the sunflower.” Lia finally had a chance to thank him. The man leaned down, gazing intently at her. “Lia, I want to love you openly.”
Her cheeks flushed, and her lips unconsciously curled into a smile.

The Rower festival, as the name suggests, was all about admiring flowers. Different types of flowers were competing to be the most beautiful. The annual event attracted many people, making it the busiest time of the year.
There were many street vendors around, selling various local snacks. Since there was no uniform plan for the area, it didn’t look very appealing
Lia and Coby took over an hour to walk through the entire flower exhibition.
The local government didn’t expect so many people to attend this year, and they weren’t fully prepared. This caused some frustration among the visitors. Lia also noted down the various issues during the visit and planned to come up with a
ailed solution for these common problems.
That evening, the man used their previous agreement to play “Monopoly” as an excuse to stay in Lia’s room.
Lia took out the “Monopoly game she had bought earlier.
His eyes flickered. Lia, it’s not this one.”
Not this one? This is the one we played when we were kids. Didn’t you play this kind?” Lia asked, confused.
“Ahem, it’s this one. When the man pulled out his version of “Monopoly.” Lia’s face immediately turned red when she saw the description on the box.
The rules were the same as regular Monopoly, involving dice rolls, but the demands on each square were very different. It was all sexual act!
Coby cleared his throat and said softly. “If you don’t want to play, I’ll put it away. Don’t get upset”
He pulled her into his arms, nuzzling her warm cheek with his nose.
Lia wasn’t angry–after all, she had agreed to it. She just knew he was passionate about that kind of thing but hadn’t expected this particular preference.
Seeing her silent, Coby quickly kissed her cheek and apologized. “Baby, I’m sorry.”
Lia nervously fiddled with her fingers and softly said, “If you like it, just go ahead and play.”
Lia, if you’re not comfortable, don’t force yourself,” Coby said, his eyes filled with intense desire.
Lía took a deep breath and slowly said, “It’s okay. I’ll roll the dice first.” She could accept it since he liked it.
Lía rolled the dice first, and the number was 3. Her token moved forward three spaces, and the square demanded that the other player kiss her for 3 minutes.
Coby wrapped his arms around her slender frame, unable to hide the smile on his face. “Lia, nice one.”
