Chapter 54
Lia instinctively backed away. “Mim. Her words were muffled
Suddenly, someone removed the cloth strip, and light filled her osion Lia squinted, and as expected, she saw Issac
He was the one who tied her up. Why did he do this?
“Lia, what are you saying?” Issac looked at her frightened eyes, feeling a momentary sense of guilt, but it quickly disappeared.
“They treated you like this? I’ll settle the score with them. Don’t worry. He tried to speak in the gentlest tone, but Lia didn’t believe him.
“Mmm…”
“What are you saying?” He leaned in close to her ear, seemingly just realizing something. “Your mouth is taped shut, let me remove it for you.”
“Issac, are you crazy? Let me go!” Lia struggled, not caring if her hands were bleeding from the ropes.
“Let you go?” Issac’s gentle gaze suddenly turned sinister, filled with an abnormal possessiveness.
His voice became mournful. “Lia, I’ve even knelt to beg you to come back to me, but how have you treated me?”
The coldness of his hands touched her smooth skin, and Lia fel disgusted, panicking as she tried to pull away.
“You’re dodging me? Lia, do you even care about me?” He accused her of being heartless.
Lia found it laughable, “What have I done wrong to you? Issac, what have I ever done to hurt you?”
Issac snapped, losing control in front of her. “Yes, you haven’t done anything wrong to me, but you’re with Coby. Why him? Why him of all people?”
He suddenly stopped and grabbed her small shoulders. “Lia, did you sleep with him?”
Lia struggled violently. “Issac, let go!”
But her hands were bound, and her struggles were futile.
He laughed as if hearing a joke, shouting angrily, “You should be mine. You gave yourself to him–what am I to you? Tell me, what am I to you?”
Issac gripped Lia’s neck tightly, watching her struggle, feeling disturbed himself.
“Every inch of your body should belong to me. Without me, could you still be alive?” he screamed.
When Lia’s face drained of color, he was alarmed and quickly loosened his grip, asking with concern, “Lia, are you alright?”
Lia fell to the ground, clearly seeing the sickly light in Issac’s eyes She realized that the current Issac had completely lost his reason. Any resistance would only make her situation worse.
“Lia, you are mine, do you understand?” He hugged her tightly in fear, as if she were a treasure.
Lig trembled, forcing herself to suppress the urge to escape. “Can you, can you let go of me? I need to think.”
“Let go? Okay.” Seeing her obedient, he slightly loosened his hold expressing his love. “Lia, didn’t Frances always bully you? I’ll teach her a lesson for you.”

Chapter 34
Issac ordered someone to bring Frances in.
“Issac, why did you bring me here? Hurry up and torture Lial Frances had been lingering outside, hoping to see how Lia was being tormented. She was sure her husband would never tolerate being cuckolded and would divorce her.
In the end, Lia would be abandoned and lose all her money, while she would gain it all in one go.
“Frances, how could you be so malicious?” Lia thought she was just vain, but she never expected Frances would go as far as kidnapping.
“You deserve it.” Frances said arrogantly, completely forgetting there were others around.
“You vile woman, how dare you bully Lia?”
Smack!
Issac slapped her hard.
Frances‘ face immediately swelled on one side.
In disbelief, she stared at the man in front of her. “Mr. Allen, did you hit me?”
“Vile woman, you’ve bullied my Lia so many times before, and now it’s all coming back to you.” Issac grabbed her hair and slapped her several more times.
“Ahhh! Stop… Frances was no match for Issac. After a few hard saps, her face hurt badly as she kept begging for mercy “Issac, stop!” Although Lia thought Frances deserved it, if he kept hitting her, her face would be ruined.
“Lia, don’t worry, I’ll deal with this stupid woman first.” He pulled her by the hair. “Apologize to Lia.”
“Wahhh!” Frances cried.
“Apologize!” His eyes were burning with fury as Frances cried uncontrollably. “Sorry, Lia, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have been jealous…
He slapped her again. “Lia, I’m avenging you.”
“Stop, please. I beg you!” Frances didn’t expect things to turn out like this. Her face was ruined.
Issac called for a tray with wine glasses on it.
He disdainfully let go of Frances’s hair and walked toward Lia, smiling ingratiatingly. “Lia, here, drink this glass of wine, and I won’t hit her anymore.”
Issac wasn’t a fool. He knew Lia’s obedience was only surface–level. Tonight, he wouldn’t let her leave–he wanted her completely for himself.
Lia couldn’t possibly trust him. “I’m not drinking. Take it away.”
She bumped into him, knocking the glass to the ground.
A flash of anger passed through his eyes as his voice deepened menacingly. “Lia, you know I don’t want to force you. Drink it, be good.”
As Lia tried to stand, her feet bound, she collapsed back down.
“Why are you so disobedient? You’re going to hurt yourself.” He looked at Lia on the ground with a pained expression

Chapter 54
His eyes flicked to the woman with her face swollen like a pig’s, and he suddenly marched over, grabbing her hair. “Lia, if you don’t believe me, I’ll make her drink it for you.”
He roughly forced Frances to drink, “Mmm… bleh…”
“You filthy woman, if you spit it out, I’ll snap your neck.”
Frances cried, tears mixing with the disgusting substance as she swallowed it
“See. Lia, there’s nothing wrong.” Issac laughed madly, his sinile dark and twisted.
Lia felt a chill from his insane actions.
“Issac, what exactly do you want?” She never realized he had such a terrifying side.
“What do I want? Good question.” Issac smashed the glass and shoved the repulsive woman aside.
Frances fell weakly to the floor, her exposed skin pierced by shards of glass. She was in pain but dared not make a sound.
“I should be asking you, why did you leave me? I admit I treated you badly before, but you shouldn’t have left me for Coby, my enemy!” Issac said.
What mattered most to Issac was her leaving, not because he was angry, but because he couldn’t accept it. She was supposed to belong to him, and outsiders didn’t deserve her.
“Issac, you’re just mad because I’m with Coby, not because you like me,” said Lia.
This wasn’t love–it was merely possessiveness.
Issac knelt down in front of her, his voice urgent. “How could I not like you? I’d give up everything for you. Lia, you were always meant to be mine.”
Even if that’s how he felt, his love was something she couldn’t accept. Tm a person, not an object. I belong to myself.”
“Without me, you’d be nothing. You are my possession. Coby doesn’t deserve you! He was a loser! And he’ll never win against
me! Issac screamed.
“How do you know he liked me in high school?” asked Lia.
Issac angrily pinched her delicate face. The way he looks at you is filled with possessiveness. I won’t allow anyone else to covet you. Lia, do you know why I kept you in the Allen family? Because I knew my mother despised you.”
From a young age, he had realized that whenever he treated her well, his mother would make trouble for her.
The only way to make his mother leave Lia alone was to constantly find fault with her himself.
In the beginning, she would get angry and cry when she felt wronged, but over time, she grew calmer, which only made him more restless, yearning to see her react differently.
This thought festered in his mind.
Over time, picking on Lia became second nature to him.
She was his to bully–no one else had that right.
Lia turned her face away coldly. “No matter what you say, there’s no chance between us. I’ve already repaid everything! owed the Allen family. I don’t owe you anything anymore.”
“How can you say that? As long as you’re willing, we can go back to how things were before. The only difference is that you

won’t be my secretary anymore–I’m even willing to marry you He envisioned a future together.
Marry her? What a ridiculous joke!
Out of the corner of her eye, Lia noticed Frances’s unusual flush and how she was polling at her clothes.
“Issac, what did you give Frances to drink?” she asked.
Lia, why do you care about that cheap bich? Be good and drink this wine Issac handed her another glass of red wine.
Anticipating her refusal, he had prepared several glasses.
“Get away from me.” Lia shoved him with her shoulder, knocking the glass out of his hand. “Chri Any
It shattered on the floor, and a shard of glass left a bloody gash on his face. Issac licked the blood off his finger, his eyes narrowing dangerously. “Lia, don’t push me.”
“I will never be with you. Her voice was resolute. She had been foolish before, but thankfully, she had woken up in time.
The pain on Issac’s face was fleeting. He poured the contents of two glasses into one, holding the goblet as he slowly approached her.
You should know that when I want something, nothing can stop me. If you agree to stay with me, your grandmother and that foolish woman will receive a large sum of money,” said Issac.
Lia instinctively crawled backward, sensing the wine was drugged.
“Why are you so afraid of me? Lia, don’t be scared. If you’re willing, my mother won’t stand in the way anymore. I’ll even help you find your real parents,” He continued.
“Issac, you’re disgusting,” said Lia.
He laughed softly, wagging his finger. “Disgusting? Lia, I’m jealous. Why did you sleep with him? I’ve never even kissed you. Issac’s words grew more frenzied as he gripped her chin tightly. Be good, Lia. Drink it.”
“No… mmph…
He forced the wine into her mouth without mercy, his eyes alight with excitement. “I didn’t want to force you, but you’re not as obedient as before. You used to do whatever I said
“Cough, cough…” Lia collapsed onto the floor, retching but unable to vomit.
“Lia, this is your fault. Who told you to be so good to me? Alwaysandulging me, giving me everything I wanted.” He cradled her face obsessively. “F*ck Coby! He’s just trying to take what belongs to me.”
His gaze lingered on her glistening lips, desire stirring within him.
“How did he kiss you?” His cold fingertips brushed against her tender lips, and Lia seized the moment to bite down fiercely.
“Let go!” Lia screamed.
Issac cried out in pain and struck her shoulder with his elbow, forcing her to release him.
“Don’t touch me, or I’ll kill you. Her beautiful eyes burned with hatred, but Issac only laughed. “Kill me? Sure, but aim for my heart.”
Just then, Frances crawled over and threw herself onto Issac, kissing him.
Chapter 54
“Mr. Allen, please help me I’m begging you!” said Frances,
“Frances!” Lia stared in shock at her actions.
“Get off me, you disgusting woman. Issac shoved the half–naked Frances to the floor, but she crawled back, her gaze unfocused. “I need you.”
“Filthy woman, get lost!” Issac dragged her to the corner.
Lia wanted to help, but she was powerless. She wasn’t selfless enough to sacrifice herself for someone else.
Issac waited patiently. It wouldn’t be long before Lia would come to him willingly.
Time passed slowly. Lia curled up on the floor, a strange heat spreading through her body as if it would consume her.
She couldn’t betray Coby. She longed for him desperately.
Sensing the moment was right, Issac confidently untied her restraints..
“Lia.” he said excitedly.
“Get lost. Don’t touch me.” Weak and powerless, Lia felt her body giving in. To her surprise, she even felt an inexplicable urge to throw herself into his arms.
“Lia. I’m helping you. You’ll thank me for this,” Issac said.
Ignoring her struggles, he picked up Lia, a triumphant smile spreading across his face.
At some point, Frances crawled over and clung to his leg, rubbing against him. “I… I want…”
“Get lost.” Issac kicked Frances away.
“Lia, I’ll make you feel good,” he said, laying her on the bed.
“Get… get away, Lia stammered.
She curled up on the far side of the bed, tugging at her clothes as her consciousness began to waver.
Issac stared at her greedily, like a man possessed. Tll leave my mark on you, Lia. Trust me, you’ll love this feeling.” Lia’s eyes brimmed with tears. A mix of humiliation, nausea, and a cascade of conflicting emotions overwhelmed her.
“Get… lost.” She choked.
Her breathing grew heavier. Though she despised him, an inexplicable longing stirred inside her.
Issac tore off her outer clothing. The sight of that touch of red sting his eyes. He swallowed his anger trying to console himself.
“It doesn’t matter. None of this matters, I’ll bury it all, and from now on, you’ll belong to me alone,” he shouted.
Just as
BANG!
he leaned in-
The door was kicked open.
Eyes bloodshot with rage. Coby charged into the room. Without giving Issac a chance to react, he delivered a brutal kick, sending him flying. Pinning him to the ground, Coby’s fists rained down relentlessly.

How dare you touch ter Vu’re seeking death: Coby was furio
Issac tried to light back but was no match for Coby, who mercilessly pounded him into the floor.
On the bed, Lia heard Coby’s voice and instinctively crawled toward him. “Coby…”
Coby froze at the sound and hurried to her side, his voice tremting.
“Lia, I’m sorry I was late. Are you hurt?” he asked, anxiously removing his coat to drape it over her and pulling her into his
arus.
“Take me away.” Lia whispered.
As she clung to him, Coby realized something was wrong. ‘Damit, Issact
“Coby. I…” She looked up at him, her cheeks flushed, her voice set and nasal, as delicate as a fragile vase.
Coby’s heart ached at the sight, filled with an overwhelming tenderness. “Lia, I’ll take you away now.”
Cradling her carefully, Coby carried her out of the room. At the door, he stopped and gave an order to the bodyguards. “Take every drop of wine on that table and force it down his threat. Leave nothing.”
Understood, Mr. Ford.”
