Stephanie seemed to be inadvertently speaking, but her voice was loud, “Myrna doesn’t know medical knowledge. What if she kills the boy?”
Even Lawson frowned. He had been feeling disgusted since he saw Myrna use CPR on the boy.

Abbey echoed, “She can’t risk the boy’s life just to get herself to the center of the attention. What if anything bad happens to him?”

The surrounding people began to stop and blame Myrna under Stephanie’s instigation.
Lawson frowned and strong disapproval could be seen on his face. He stepped forward to stop Myrna.
“Myrna, stop messing around. Leave the baby alone and let the doctors treat him…”

Suddenly, the dying kid on the ground moved. He curled up, coughed violently, and spat out the water in his belly.
“It worked!”

“Is she a doctor?”
The bystanders praised Myrna one after another.
Stephanie and Abbey were both stunned, especially Stephanie. She widened her eyes, wondering why Myrna had such skills.
A kind–hearted old man who had been watching couldn’t help defending Myrna when he saw that the bystanders were making sarcastic comments, “Young lady, you can just watch if you aren’t willing to help, but how could you fan the flames? Which high school are you studying at?”
Abbey explained weakly, “We can’t swim.”
The old man said in displeasure, “Didn’t your friends learn swimming? But none of them went to

Stephanie had been doted on since she was a kid and because of her bad health, the outsiders always compromised to her and they wouldn’t even speak to her with loud voices. Therefore,
Stephanie had never heard such a harsh reprimand. Her face paled, and she bit her lip in grievance.
However, the old man wasn’t affected. He didn’t stop until he scolded them for a while.
In the end, he said, “I’ve been wondering which high school the young lady saving the kid is ‘studying at. She’s a good girl. She’s brave and doesn’t take the credit. I have to write a letter to praise her to the directors of the high school.”
Stephanie’s face turned both red and pale. She clenched her hands and couldn’t speak for a long time.
