Chapter 72 The Missed Call From the Hospital
Upon entering the Class B examination room, Myma realized that she was the only one from Class A, all the other examinees were unfamiliar faces.
As soon as she entered, everyone instinctively turned to look at her in unison. Their gazes were filled with curiosity, scrutiny, and a hint of
voyeurism.
Myrna didn’t look at anyone. She tossed the prepared 2B pencil and a water–based pen onto the seat of the first desk in the first row, pulled out the chair, and sat down with a defiant air.
Not long after, the invigilator holding the test papers also arrived.
Melcester Central High School placed great emphasis on the preliminary exams for the senior year. To prevent students from cheating, two invigilators were assigned to each class. Coincidentally, the invigilators for Class B happened to be Elaine and another unfamiliar face.
This monthly exam would be completed within a day, divided into two sessions in the morning and afternoon. The first session was the subject students feared the most – Mathematics.
Another teacher was responsible for checking each student’s exam number and seat number, while Elaine stood at the podium with the test papers, scanning the classroom from a high vantage point, her eyes fixed on Myrna as she spoke.
“You were all students of Melcester Central High School, you should know the exam rules without me having to say much. I’ll emphasize
in the exam. Once briefly, listen carefully, cheating is not allowed

Myrna simply ignored her, casually looking down to check her 2B pencil. Those eyes, beautifully and purely black, just didn’t bother to look her way.
Elaine sneered, pulling at the corner of her mouth, and withdrew her gaze. She tore open the seal of the test paper, “Alright, it’s time to distribute the test papers now.”

The atmosphere was serious during the exam. In the classroom, apart from the sound of pens swiftly moving across paper, hardly any other noise could be heard.
From the start of the exam, Elaine had moved a chair to the front row and sat down, not moving at all. Her eyes were almost exclusively fixed on Myrna.
With her method of invigilating, let alone cheating, if there was even a slight movement, she could spot it immediately and immediately catch ‘cheating‘. Myrna didn’t stand a chance.
Ironically, she saw that Myrna hadn’t looked anywhere else since she got the test paper, simply flipped through it and started answering.
The hand that held the pen had distinct knuckles, and the writing was smooth. The college entrance examination questions that she had collected from various places were as simple as choosing ABCD in

Myrna wrote quickly, hardly using the draft paper she had distributed.
In less than an hour, she had finished the paper. Elaine thought she would check it again, but to her surprise, Myrna flipped through the paper, tossed it aside, yawned, and slumped onto the table, actually starting to sleep soundly.
“Heh.” She couldn’t help but let out a scornful scoff.
It seemed as if I had already had the victory in my grasp.
The following exams were the same as the first one, Myrna was always the first one to finish, without checking or reviewing, she would just toss the paper aside and go to sleep.
In the blink of an eye, all four exams were over, and the sun outside began to set.
After finishing her exam and packing up her things, Myrna briefly met with Rachel and the others, exchanged a few words, and then leisurely
