Chapter 61
As Alyssa remained silent, Sarah breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at Simon, asking, “Mr. Hunt, what brings you by, or did you come specially for Ms. Dawson?”
Simon glanced at her and said indifferently, “Sarah, it would be better to focus more on your work and not pry into things that are none of your business.”
“Sure, I will.” Sarah immediately nodded.
After Simon left, Sarah humphed coldly behind him, retorting inwardly, ‘When Mr. Coleman finds out you’re keeping someone who once humiliated him. Let’s see if you’ll still be his favorite then. What a poser!
When Simon returned to the pantry, Andrew looked at him, asking, “What was she doing with the photos?”
Simon recounted what happened to Andrew, who curled his lips in a smug smile as he listened. “Smartass, isn’t she?”
Simon looked at his expression, feeling somewhat puzzled.
After praising Alyssa, Andrew turned to Simon. “What about that secretary? The one who made things difficult for her–who hired such a foolish one?”
Simon pondered for a moment before replying, “It was the HR department.”
“Okay, who made the decision to keep her then?” Andrew asked again.
“It was you…” Simon’s words trailed off halfway as Andrew’s gaze, sharp as a blade, fell upon him. With a nervous laugh, he corrected himself, “It was me. My bad.”
“Keep an eye on her, and if she doesn’t work out, fire her,” Andrew concluded.
“Got it.” Simon nodded.
They then discussed the details of the new product launch for a while before Andrew returned to his office.
On his way back, he subconsciously glanced toward the secretary’s office, looking for Alyssa.
Cathy had already seen Andrew approaching from her office and quickly stepped out, blocking his view to prevent him from seeing Alyssa.
“Mr. Coleman, would you like some coffee? I can make you some,” she asked.
“No need,” Andrew replied as he went straight to his office. Not seeing Alyssa, he didn’t insist.
Upon reaching the office, he finally spoke to Cathy. “Have the business department send me the process for this season’s new product launch. Also, how are the new designs coming along? The design drafts haven’t been submitted yet.”
“I’ll go push them,” Cathy immediately responded.
“Go ahead,” Andrew said indifferently, no longer looking at Cathy as he lowered his head to his computer.
Cathy stood for a moment longer, sensing that Andrew had no more to say to her, and then turned to leave, feeling a bit
disheartened.
Mr. Coleman was still the same as before, with work being the only thing between us. But, he treated everyone the same, never having had a woman by his side, and I was the one who interacted with him the most. So I am still the special one. At this thought, she exhaled a deep breath, relieving that she still had a chance to be Mrs. Coleman someday.

Chapter 61
She approached Sarah and whispered a hint, urging her to get Alyssa away. ‘Mr. Coleman almost spotted her just now if it weren’t for my timely intervention.”
Sarah couldn’t come up with any quick ideas. She had intended to send Alyssa to photocopy and distribute documents, hoping Alyssa would be away from her desk all day, but that plan had been thwarted. Now, she needed to think of a new strategy.
She bit her lower lip and said, “I’ll find another way.”
Hearing this, Cathy returned to her office.
