Chapter 204
“Because you are mine…”
His smile wavered and he nodded, “Right…” he mumbled under his breath with a disappointing hint in his voice.
I swallowed, looking at him as he tried to avoid eye contact with me, ‘Did I tell you how handsome you look tonight?”
That made him smile, “Several times…”
I offered him my hand, ‘Shall we dance?”
He placed his hand in mine and I twirled him around, pulling him right into my arms. A little melodic laugh left him as his back met with my front.
We moved to the middle of the dancefloor and took our positions. He placed one hand in mine while the other rested over my shoulder. I gripped his hand and pulled him closer to me by his waist.
Soft music played through the hall, we let the rhythm control our movement. His steps were immaculate; perfect, and every single movement of his body mesmerized me. He was quite flexible, I know because I have tried every single position on him.
I tilted my head to the side, “Where did you learn to dance?”
He looked into my eyes, hesitating. His lips slightly parted, and his eyes roamed around, I watched the delicate column of his throat moving up and down, “Um, my ex girlfriend… I used to dance with her, she taught me to dance then later we broke up“.
My blood ran cold at the mention of ex girlfriend. My shoulders tensed up, my jealousy issues taking over. Biting his lower lip he stared at me as if he was expecting something from me.
At that time, only one thought floated through my mind.
I don’t want to lose him.

I inhaled, whoever the girl is, she is now his ex.
I twirled him around and pulled him back into me, “At least she did something right…” I finally answered him making his eyes go wide.
A relieved smile formed over his beautifully kissable lips, “Teaching me how to dance?” he questioned.
I shook my head slightly. “No, breaking up with you, he brought you into this world… for me.”
Everything seemed to fade around us, I couldn’t focus on anything but him. It was him and I, alone in a room full of people.
Is that love?
Is that what it feels like?
His light brown eyes gleamed as I dipped him, and our noses touched. I took my time in doing so, we were completely off rhythm but who the
fuck cares?
A surge of intense emotions shot through my body, it was almost electric, it was like a lightning bolt.
I have never felt like this before. I tenderly touched his exposed back, softly caressing his waist. I drew him closer and closer until we were breathing each other’s air.

I had no fucking control over what I was doing. Only one thought took up all the space in my mind.

I don’t know when did we stop dancing. Our eyes held each other for what felt like an eternity. It was the most beautiful feeling in the world.
He smiled, illuminating the space around him, an angelic glow all over his face. I want his smiles, all of his smiles, I want to be the reason behind every single one of his smiles.
Both of my hands moved to his face, cupping it, drawing it closer and closer until his soft lips slightly touched mine.
My hand went to the back of his head as I lost myself in the feelings of his lips, for a moment, letting go of all the other thoughts that occupied my mind.
His arms went around my neck, and I kissed him gently, softly. His hand went to my hair and he fisted them, pulling me closer to him, thrusting his tongue into my mouth.
