apology.
“Honey, I was wrong, I shouldn’t
have cheated. I made Vanessa get an
abortion and sent her away. Please forgive
me!”

He begged, but I remained calm. I
smiled gently, speaking slowly,“Okay, I
forgive you.”
Trent was stunned. He didn’t see that
coming.

what I said was true or not. He just asked.
“Heh,” I sneered.“Isn’t this what you

I hung up, not giving him a chance to
say more. I’d told him that it wouldn’t
