Ex–Luna’s Revenge 

CHAPTER 20 

ESTELLE 

It was night, at around eight P. M. I was taking a stroll through the mansion, thinking about the concluded party that ended an hour ag 

It was lovely, especially with the absence of those annoying council members. 

They left before the evening came, and 1 was over the moon. Even Argon was relien hen he learnt they were gone. 

He could finally breath the fresh air of the open. 

The party went pretty well, even though Argon and 1 missed an hour plus from it 

Yeah, we where in the room having our own separate party in beil. 

It would turn out that my father wasn’t there when I went over to the room to see him and Argon. 

My Alpha had seen his queen in distress and sent that abomination, called a maid, to call me, claiming my father was here. 

Well, she did use my father like Argon instructed her to, but she almost got me into trouble! 

Im going to spare her for now. If not for the beautiful moment I had with my Argon, the rage I had would have never left. But she’s becky,” I chuckled, walking through the hallway where the party had taken place. 

I saw the servants cleaning up the hall, as I cat walked by in my night robe, flaunting my beauty and power as the soon to be Luna 

I will be heading back to my sweetheart’s room, so it’s best I’m prepared for any steamy action,” I said, adjusting my night robe, which was a see–through garment. showing off my undies. 

It’s my home, I can do as I please. 

I would have returned home with father, but someone needs to watch over my darling Alpha 

mean. He just won an award. He needs me to brighten the remaining hours of his celebration. 

“That’s why we’re mates,” I chuckled, curling my hair while exiting the hallway slowly 

Just as I was making my way towards the staircase, my eyes caught something in the pathway at my right. 

I looked and noticed the light in that area suddenly went off. It was looking a bit dark but had the other tuming’s light, reflecting, 

“Did the light just die? “I asked no one while looking at that path. 

Only for me to see a dark figure moving swiftly into the second turning that had flight 

“What was that?” I uttered, feeling my heart skip at the speed of the figure. 

1 immediately drew away from the stairs, drawing closer to this dark area to see if I could spot what that was. 

“Goodness! Why did the light have to die now?!” I groaned, feeling uncomfortable with the darkness. 

I had to switch eyes with my wolf, to I could see exactly what was moving in this dark pach.

CHAPTER 20 

“AHI screamed, looking at 

windhw at the right entner, beside me 

It had opened wide due to the strong wind coming from outside, 

It’s getting cold. 

‘freezing Looks like its going to main tonight,” I sensed though the cool wind. 

Since I saw nothing, I decided to call out to one of the guards to come and fix the light 

“It’s not okay to stay in the dark, especially when there are fumitte around!” I yelled, waiting for anyone to answer. 

(as I was about to call in the second time, my nose picked something coming from the dark pathway. 

That got me holding my calls, trying to recall where I’ve smelt that before. 

“This is familiar,” I sensed, facing the dark path. 

I took in a deep sniff of the area and gasped out next, with my face blooming with joy 

“Argon?” I recgnized my darling Alpha. 

It’s his scent. 

“But I thought he was upstains. What’s he doing here?” I wondered, finding this confusing 

But the nose doesn’t lie. This is my Argon’s scent. This pathway has his smell all over 

As I drew in another scent and looked straight to the end where the other turning was, I spotted a shadow, standing then, before the lights went off in that turning. 

Now it was clear to me. 

Argon is taking out the lights just to lure me into the dark. 

“You naughty wolf. You want to have me in the dark, huh? Alright then.” I bit down on my lower lip, stepping into the darkness, making my way towards the tuming. 

His scent increased more, engulfing my nostrils 

I recognized his scent when he feels like getting intimate with me. It’s always strong and has some kind of spell, drawing me closer 

Gosh! Now I’m getting wet just by sniffing him alone. 

“Argon, I know you’re here. You can’t wait to get naughty with me, huh?” I teased, making a tum into the next path I had spotted his shadow. 

I stepped in fully, calling Argon’s name while imagining him grabbing me from behind just to lay with me. 

Now I was ready for anything naughty, as long as it makes me feel good. 

As I drew further into the pathway, my eyes caught a figure ahead of me 

I stopped, trying to see clearly if that was him or an object. 

Looking closely, I discovered it was a bring, but not like Argun. It looked… Different 

“Argon, are you there? I called, drawing a bit closer to see what this figure was. 

That’s when something unexpected happened.

CHAPTER 20 

Argon’s scent, it vanished into thin að. 

It was suddenly replaced by a very strong smell I’ve never smelt before in my entire life. 

The scent of this being sent shivers down my spine. My wolf gave a troubling whine, growling at whatever was before me, 

My whole body was suddenly engulfed with. With… Fear. 

Who’s… Who’s there?? 1 reared, drawing back slowly while getting into a battle stanje. 

I could still see the figure. It just stood there like a statue. And the odor circulating this area was beginning to terrify me 

Why is this smell so off? I’ve never smelt it before. 

What is it? 

One thing I know is i 

that whoever it was, doesn’t belong here. 

Dragging my feet behind to get away from whatever that was there… 

CRACK! CLAPH 

“HOLY… SHIT!” I screamed on bearing the sound, taking my eyes to the window at the back, just to see the flash of the thunder. 

It added to my fear, taking my eyes away from the Egure I was staring at. 

By the time I turned back to look at the figure… 

“WHAT THE HELL?!” I was horrified to the cone, drifting to the window. 

In the dark were two glowing eyes, shining right at me, standing halfway from the exact spot that figure 

nire was in. 

The scent was st 

stronger than ever, engulfing my nostrils powerfully. It made my knees tremble before it. 

When the thunder came in with a flash of its light, I saw what was before me.. 

A huge black wolf with large teeth, growling at me 

with hunger. 

Fear engulfed me at the sight of this monster! 

I have never seen such bright nor a black wolf before. 

And most especially, its eyes. 

They are… Green?
