All of them were taken to the police station. Though Curtis and Dudley were hurt worse, since Beatrice made the first move, the police could only mediate.
Shammon, Celeste, and Ethan were asked to pay the medical bill for the others, and then their families could come and take them away
Meanwhile, the news that Shannon won a motorcycle race and beat up Dudley, her own brother, made the headlines.
Randall was on the 88th floor of Regal Enterprises Building in a meeting when Colin leaned toward him and whispered in his ear. “Mr. Rowe, it’s the police”
Glancing at Colin coldly, he responded, “Tell them to wait”
“Alright…” Colin held back the urge to continue, knowing work always came first for Randall.
The meeting was pure torture as Randall reprimanded several executives harshly, and finally, as the meeting ended. everyone breathed a sigh of relief and quickly fled the meeting room.
Randall turned to Colin, who was taking notes of the meeting, and asked coldly, “What do the police want?”
Hesitating. Colin observed his expression and said tentatively. “Mrs. Rowe got in a fight and was detained. She’s being held at the police station and needs you to get her.”
Immediately, Randall kicked him in the shin and scolded sternly “Why didn’t you say so?” With that, he picked up his suit jacket and walked out.
Stunned for a second, Colin then scrambled to pack up his stuff and ran after Randall. “Mr. Rowe…
With obvious disdain on his face, Randall ordered, “Get the car ready.”
At the police station, the family members of Beatrice, Curtis, and Celeste had arrived
Celeste glanced at Shannon and then at Simon Porter, her brother. “Simon, why don’t you sign for Shannon…”
He glanced at her while she was speaking, and she snorted, displeased, “What? Shannon is my bestie. What’s the big deal?” Though Simon was the heir of the Porter family and took charge of everything, she wasn’t afraid of him.
Sensing the tension, Shannon waved her hand, not wanting them to argue because of her. “Celeste, come on. Only the signatures of family members are effective. Just go. Randall will be here in a second. Thanks for today.”
Celeste snorted again, “No worries. We’re besties. If this happens again, I swear I’ll kick their asses.”
Simon felt a headache coming on, not sure how he could handle his rebellious sister. He pinched the bridge of his nose. saying helplessly, “Let’s go, Celeste.”
Waving at Celeste, Shannon saw Lincoln in the next second; the smile on her face instantly faded away. Meanwhile, Lincoln was furious at the sight of Dudley’s bruised, swollen face. “What happened? Who did this to you?”
Dudley looked away and said nothing, feeling ashamed to tell Lincoln the truth that he lost to Shannon in the fight.
Yet the person next to him was indignant, “Mr. Lane, Shannon hit him. He tried to stop her from picking on Miriam, and she got upset and punched him in the face.”

Lincoln’s expression changed as he glared at her. “How dare you talk to me like this? You’re such an ingrate. Is that hard for you to just show some decent manners?”
Though Shannon was smiling, her eyes were utterly cold. She spoke with a sneer, “Manners? I’m just a bumpkin who grew up in a village without my parents. Who’s there to teach me manners?”
