She got into the passenger seat. Luke tapped on the window.“Alice, don’t take Ethan’s words to heart.”
Alice’s expression was cold. “I don’t take irrelevant people seriously.”

“Ethan, she’s gone. We failed her. She left because she was hurt. We owe her.”
“You’re defending her? She’s spoiled by you and Noah. Look how arrogant she is now. She’s with that doctor, right? I’ll destroy him. He’s nothing! I can crush him!”
Ethan was furious.
Luke, watching Ethan leave, called Noah.“Noah, it’s bad! Alice won Outstanding Youth, but she publicly severed ties with us. Ethan is furious. He wants to harm Alice and that doctor.”
Noah rushed out of bed.“I’m coming. Stop Ethan! Don’t hurt Alice!”
His doctor protested, “Mr. Welch, you’re still under treatment. You can’t leave.”
Noah yanked out his IV, leaving the hospital without changing.
He kept calling Alice, but she didn’t answer.
He felt a sharp pain in his stomach.“Alice, where are you? Ethan is angry. He’s irrational now. Don’t go home.”
Getting out of the car, Alice saw Noah’s message and frowned.“They’ll never understand respect.”
Jack saw the message and his face darkened.“Are you leaving?”
“No. I had to completely cut ties with them.”
She looked determined. She looked at Jack and said, “I can handle this myself.”
“Are you sure?”
Jack’s face was grim. Why couldn’t the Welch family stay away?
Alice’s gaze was cold.“Yes. They still seem confused. I have to make everything clear.”
She had a plan.
She looked at Jack.“Can I use your computer? The one in the study?”
Alice sat down and hacked into the website of the Welch Group.

Jack reluctantly agreed. He had no other choice.
Alice opened the door to find Noah, not Ethan outside the door.
Her expression was cold.“Why are you here?”
Noah, pale, was in a wheelchair.“I stalled Ethan. Leave with me!”
Alice stepped back to distance herself from him.“I’m not going anywhere.”
“Alice, don’t be stubborn! Ethan is furious. It’s hard to say what he will do. Come with me. I’ll explain.”
“No need to explain. I’m severing ties with you. This is a fact. I’m not joking.”
Noah’s face paled.“Alice, we’re family! Don’t let a misunderstanding ruin everything.”
He never believed she would actually sever ties with them.
He finally panicked after her public announcement.
Noah pleaded, “Alice, I’m sorry. Give me a chance. I want to make up for you. Can you give me a chance?”
Alice scoffed.“Spare the hypocrisy. I don’t care.”

you talk to your brother like that? He rushed here without surgery! Look at you!”

Ethan came out of the elevator, his face stern.“I thought I should give you a chance, but now I think it’s better for me to teach you a lesson in case you cause trouble for our family in the future.”
Alice raised an eyebrow.“I cut ties with you. But since you’re still so arrogant, I have a gift for you before I leave.” “Scared now? Too late! Unless you break up with that doctor, kneel and apologize to Chloe, and reconcile with her, I won’t hold you accountable.”
Alice found his words laughable.
She said coldly, “Ethan, remember who wrote the firewall source code of the Welch Group?”
