The boss pushed the trainer.“Enough! Do you want to go to jail? There are cameras here.”
The trainer glared at Alice and stormed off.
The boss apologized to Jack and Alice. “I didn’t expect him to be like this. I should have dealt with that client earlier.”
No one expected this to happen.
Jack’s expression was grim. He didn’t speak.
Alice quickly said, “I understand. Shit happens. It’s not your fault.”
“Ms. Welch, thank you for your understanding.”
Jack suddenly said, “That’s it?”
The boss was confused. He looked at the boxing trainer.
The boxing trainer coughed.“This happened at our gym. We should compensate Ms. Welch by waiving her fees.”
“Right. I’m so stupid.”
Alice shook her head.“No need. If I hadn’t fought back, it would have been over and things wouldn’t have ended up like
this.”
She didn’t want to tolerate it.
She couldn’t bear the thought of other girls being harmed, so she fought back.
Jack said, “No need to tolerate it. Good job. Don’t let people take advantage of you!”

She turned to show Jack’s wound to the director.
The director checked Jack’s wound and gave Jack the shot.
He looked at Alice, then asked Jack.“You got injured when saving your woman. It’s a bit embarrassing.”
Jack, usually so arrogant, was subdued in front of this girl.
It was rare.
Jack was embarrassed. He disinfected Alice’s wound after his shot.

Alice winced. He raised an eyebrow.“Does it hurt?”
She knew he was teasing her.
The director coughed. “Come on. You can go now. Don’t show off your love in front of an old man.”

Jack put down the disinfectant, took Alice’s hand, and left the hospital.
Alice glanced at him and said, “You know that doctor?”

“Were you a secret agent on a mission, who is retired now but still has secret missions?”
Jack flicked her forehead.“Read less fiction.”
Jack walked in the front very fast.
Alice ran to catch up and asked, “Why were you a school doctor?”
This was unusual.
In the car, Jack looked at her.“So interested in my affairs?”
“I suspect you were an undercover agent at our school.”
“Your imagination is wild. You should be a screenwriter.”
Alice smiled and said,” How did you know I wrote scripts?”
