The following day, Lenora and her two companions took a flight to Musbane.

They spent the whole day having fun until they finally found a restaurant for dinner in the evening
During their meal, Jonas received a message from his agent.
The message read: Jonas, your travel plans have fallen through. “Summer Love” starts filming in two days, so you need to return to the country as soon as possible.
Jonas‘ mind went blank when he saw the message.
He rubbed his eyes, making sure he wasn’t seeing things incorrectly. He then replied: Hugo, you’re not messing with me, are you? Isn’t “Summer Love” supposed to start production after New Year’s Day?
Hugo Thornton: The group chat has notified earlier that the time has been moved up.
Jonas simply couldn’t accept it, so he texted: Why so sudden?
Hugo: I’m not entirely sure myself. I hadn’t heard any news about it before this. You’re coming back tomorrow, right? Ive had my assistant book your flight. If you don’t make it to the film production booting ceremony, the media will start speculating again.
The thought of returning home the next day left Jonas feeling entirely devastated. He texted weakly: Can I take a leave?
Hugo: What do you think?
The supporting characters, on the other hand, could join the crew a few days later.
However, Jonas was the male lead in the production. Moreover, it was no secret that Jonas had been rushing to fulfill his commitments those past few days. The film crew had already figured out Jonas‘ schedule, aware that he was not engaged in any other projects.
Jonas‘ expression turned sour, and he appeared to be in great discomfort.
All in all, he looked dejected.
His trip had ended before it even began.
Lenora saw the look on Jonas‘ face. After she swallowed the food in her mouth, she asked, “Jonas, what’s wrong? Why the long face? Did something happen?”
Jonas let out a long sigh, leaning back against the chair in utter despair. His hands restlessly sought a place to rest yet found none. All he could think of was throttling the person who had decided to advance the shooting schedule.
“What on earth happened?” Sophia also asked.
With a face full of sorrow, Jonas took a deep breath and said, “I have to return tomorrow.”
“What’s going on? I thought you would be free.” Lenora took a bite of the pork chop, and it was delicious.

The meat was fragrant and tender, rich but not greasy.
“Well, I have a script in hand, set to start filming after New Year’s Day. I don’t know why it has cuidendy been brought forward. When Jonas spoke, he was grashing his teeth in anger
After working countless extra shifts, he finally manage to finish all his tasks, and all it led to was him joining the film crew ahead of schedule.
Lenora was at a loss for words. “How could it be moved up suddenly? I’ve only ever heard of things being, postponed, never brought forward,”
“I’m not sure, but it seems like it was a request from the investors.”
“Well, there’s nothing you can do about it,” Lenora said. “You should head back tomorrow and focus on your filming. We’ll catch up when we have time.”
Upon hearing Lenora’s words, Jonas felt even more heartbroken.
“Man’s plans are no match for fate’s,” Sophia said, raising her glass. “Here’s to you. May your smooth.” She then poured them each a drink.

At that moment, Jonas was filled with frustration. He picked up a glass of wine and gulped it down. In an agitated tone, he declared, “If I ever find out who decided to start shooting early, they will surely regret it!”
“All right, let’s eat quickly. You have a flight to catch tomorrow. Besides, you’ll probably have the chance to come here again when you start working.”
“That’s not the same,” Jonas complained, clutching his head. He was still finding it hard to accept
His long–planned trip with Lenora had just gone down the drain.
He thought it was his golden opportunity because he planned to confess his feelings to Lenora at the end of the trip. However, his plan fell through.
All he could do was console himself, telling himself to just wait a bit longer.
At that time, Lenora hadn’t completely moved on, so a confession of love might not necessarily have been successful.
The following day, Lenora and Sophia accompanied Jonas to the airport.
The airport terminal was bustling with people coming and going.
Not far off, a crowd was packed under the large screen displaying the timetable. It was a sea of people, and it appeared as though someone was holding up a sign, much like they were waiting to pick up someone from a flight.
Lenora halted in her tracks and said, “You should go ahead now. The check–in desk is just over there, so we won’t accompany you any further.”
Jonas glanced at his watch, feeling reluctant to part ways. “All right, you guys should head off. Don’t let me delay your trip. We can catch up once you’re back in the country.”
