Naomi glanced at Eliza and sneered, “I just know someone didn’t want me and Christian to reunite. She’s jealous, so she spread all those lies online. Christian, you have to find the person who started the rumors and give them a proper punishment.”
Christian didn’t even acknowledge her. Instead, he turned to the doctor. “Who signed off on this report?”
The doctor responded confidently, “This report was generated using our hospital’s most advanced equipment. There’s no mistake.”
Seeing Christian’s skeptical expression, the doctor added quickly, “I can personally vouch for the results- with my reputation.”
Christian raised a brow. “Your reputation? How much is that worth?”
His words struck like a slap. The doctor fell silent.
Christian’s eyes sharpened. “Arrest him–and go sweep the rest of the hospital. Make sure we didn’t miss anyone.”
“Christian! What are you doing? Are you saying I’m not your sister?”
“If you are, then coming with me to one more place won’t be a problem.”
Naomi’s heart sank. What else was he planning?
Eliza’s voice cut in. “Let’s go. You’re confident you’re the real Ms. Cassandra, right?”
Naomi was already flustered, but she forced herself to look brave. “Fine! I’m not scared!”
This time, Eliza took the lead while Naomi followed behind. On the way out, the doctors who had handled the earlier test were being detained.
Christian turned slightly. “Don’t worry, Naomi. Once the next test is done, everything will be clear.”
“Another one?” Naomi’s smile faltered. “But we already did a test. This is the best hospital in the city. If you don’t trust me, at least trust the institution.”
“I only trust facts,” Christian replied. “Relax. Once this is done, no one will question anything.”
They left the city hospital.
Naomi bit her lip, desperate to warn her parents–but the guards surrounding them gave her no chance to make contact. She had no idea where Christian was taking them.
“Get in,” Christian said, holding open the car door.
Naomi climbed in under his watchful gaze.
The car ride was suffocating. Christian and Eliza said nothing the entire time. Naomi finally spoke up, forcing a light tone. “Christian, where are we going? Another hospital?”

She tried again, more uneasy now. “Why won’t you talk to me?”
“You’ll know when we arrive.”
That cryptic response only made Naomi more anxious.

What is he planning? A third DNA test? Surely not. The Sue family can’t possibly have found new evidence… right? Her parents had told her everything was under control. Tyson had taken care of it.
Soon the car pulled over on a quiet street.
Christian and Eliza stepped out. Naomi hesitated, then followed.
Only then did she realize they were in an ultra–private villa district–heavily guarded, with security at every entrance and even patrols circulating.
This had to be a Sue family estate.
Naomi had never been here. She immediately reached for her phone, trying to send her location to her parents–but there was no signal.
“Christian, why don’t I have service?”
“It’s just temporary,” he said. “Once the test is over, it’ll come back.”
Naomi’s face twisted. He really is doing another test.
Damn it!
She was panicking now, but it was too late.
The guards escorted them into the Sue family’s Westbrook residence.
To ensure complete accuracy, Christian had flown in a professional team of overseas doctors and brought in top–tier equipment.
Naomi could only watch helplessly as they drew her blood again.
This time, she couldn’t do a thing to stop it.
Eliza, on the other hand, was calm and cooperative.
Soon, the samples were carried upstairs for processing.
“All done,” Christian said, slumping casually onto a sofa. “Now we just wait.”
Eliza appeared completely at ease.
Naomi, on the other hand, was visibly sweating, shifting uncomfortably in her seat.
Eliza turned to her with faux concern. “What’s wrong? You’re sweating buckets.”
